CT PIR Cavitytherm is a built-in full wall insulation for traditional walls that achieves passive level U-values as low as 0.12 W/m2K with thermal bridging detailing in cavities less than 150mm wide.
CavityTherm's engineered profiled facing directs any moisture that might penetrate the external wall down the protective facing and back onto the external leaf, giving added protection from the ever increasing occurrence of wind driven rain as a result of climate change.
The board includes specifically designed rebated edge detailing on all four edges to allow the system to tightly interlock when installed. This engineered jointing of the insulation layer, with the addition of bespoke ancillary pieces to insulate effectively around services such as hockey sticks, meter boxes and corner details, ensures continuity and results in improved Thermal Bridging detailing.

Your order will be ready to collect two hours from receiving your order confirmation, please remember to bring your order confirmation as proof of order when collecting. We aim to have your order ready, however, sometimes it will be necessary to fulfil the order upon arrival. Any orders placed after 4pm will be ready to collect the following working day.
We deliver to locations across Birmingham, Midlands, South and East of England. We offer free delivery for orders over £250 + VAT, for orders under this amount there is a £30 delivery charge. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date at the checkout.
