IKO Trade Top Sheet is a heavyweight, green surfaced top layer and is ideal for use as the cap sheet to a multi-layer system on garden buildings or a single layer on shed roofs (non-habitable buildings). In combination with IKO Trade Underlay this makes an excellent choice for smaller roofing projects.
IKO Trade Top Sheet is suitable for flat roof decks with a minimum fall of 1:80 and be free draining.

Your order will be ready to collect two hours from receiving your order confirmation, please remember to bring your order confirmation as proof of order when collecting. We aim to have your order ready, however, sometimes it will be necessary to fulfil the order upon arrival. Any orders placed after 4pm will be ready to collect the following working day.
We deliver to locations across Birmingham, Midlands, South and East of England. We offer free delivery for orders over £250 + VAT, for orders under this amount there is a £30 delivery charge. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date at the checkout.
