The following delivery information relates to online orders only. For delivery information on items bought in store, please contact the store direct.
If you have already placed and order with EH Smith and require information on its delivery, please contact weborders@ehsmith.co.uk quoting your name and full order reference number.
Orders placed after 4.30pm on a weekday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12.00pm on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. If the Monday is bank holiday, the order will be processed the next working day.
All EH Smith products are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Should there be an issue with the availability of any ordered item, we will contact you using the information you provided and arrange an alternate delivery date.
EH Smith does not operate an advertised next day delivery service. Any items that are delivered 'next day' are done so at the carriers' discretion. We are also unable to offer a guaranteed weekend delivery. Orders delivered on a Saturday are again done so at the carriers' discretion.
EH Smith endeavours to fulfil all orders in one single delivery where possible to minimise any inconvenience, but where certain items in your order have different stocked locations or supply issues this will not always be possible.

EH Smiths' fulfilment partners are companies that provide their products directly to the customer, due to size, weight, manufacturing or supply constraints.
Should your order contain items sourced from our partners, a representative from either EH Smith or the fulfilment partner themselves may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Please be aware that, due to constraints out of our control, products sourced from our fulfilment partners may not achieve all areas of EH smith delivery promise detailed above.
EH Smith's current delivery cost are as follows:

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends).
- Delivery is FREE for all order(s) of £400 or more.
- Delivery charges are set regardless of the size, weight or product type held in the 'order basket'.
- All delivery charges include handling and packaging costs.
- All delivery charges exclude VAT.
EH Smith currently operates a delivery surcharge policy within the UK.
The surcharges shown below are in addition to the standard delivery charges listed above.
Our current delivery surcharge areas and charges are as follows:

All surcharges are calculated automatically and are dependent on the final delivery location chosen by the customer.
The surcharge will be added to the basket during the ordering process and will require confirmation from the customer before the order can be processed.

*Remote locations are calculated based upon the distance and location of our nearest supply partner in relation to the chosen delivery address.
EH Smith is unable to offer customers a choice of delivery time and date on standard web orders. Likewise we cannot amend or anticipate the delivery dates offered by carriers.
Products sourced from fulfilment partners may allow customers to request a specific delivery date as outlined above.
EH Smith Builders Merchants operates a fleet of vehicles delivering to many locations in the Midlands and South East.
EH Smith also offers delivery services to other mainland UK locations via a network of agreed fulfilment partners.
Unfortunately, we are at present unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland and offshore locations.
