This spectacular mixed-use development by George Wimpey built on the banks of the River Thames at Battersea is one of the tallest riverside residential towers in the area and is part of the extensive Wandsworth waterfront regeneration programme.
Its unique boomerang shape, designed by renowned architect James Burland, features four curved towers facing North, East, South and West. The vision of the architect was to provide a glass-enclosed living space for year-round, 360° enjoyment of the River Thames and downtown London cityscape.
The towers of curvilinear glass, ceramic cladding, steel and timber provide residents with sweeping views over the river, the City of London and Canary Wharf. The development comprises residential apartments with basement car parking, an integrated office block and a riverside restaurant. The first three levels of the building provide commercial space with level 4 dedicated to a centralised plant area. Level 5 and above is a mixture of private and affordable residential accommodation.
